1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

The return request must be made on the same day of receiving the item with an opening video of the package received, to ensure that the damage was not caused by the receiver while opening the package.

Custom or commissioned paintings are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within the same day of receiving the item.

Provide photos of the damaged item, packaging, and an opening video of the package received.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or commissioned artworks.

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
